TAKBIR TAHRIMA
大赞 入 拜 Prayer
Readiness
开始礼拜，面向麦加天房排班。
Now prayer is in readiness. Face the Kiblah (Ka’abah,
Mecca), line up in the proper way.
排好班后，抬高双手，大拇指摸到耳珠为限
(勿高勿低，女子指头向上与肩齐)，与此同时念下句：
Standing
up in the proper way, raise up both hands, touch
the lobes of your ears with your thumbs (for
women, with fingers pointing upwards, raise both
hands to the same level as their shoulders) and
say the following words simultaneously：
Allahu Akbar
安拉至大。
Allah
is the Greatest.
QIYAM端
立
Stand Straight
右手搭在左手背上，放在脐下
(女子一样右手搭在左手背上但放胸前)，念下列经文：
Place the right hand on the left, then, put both
hand on the navel (for women, across the chest)
and say the following：

安拉！我赞祢超绝，我感谢祢，祢的尊名吉祥

伟大高尚，除祢之外再无主宰。

Exalted
Your Majesty and there is no god worthy of
worship except You.

recite the opening
chapter of the Holy Qur’an Surat
Fa-ti-hah
(see page 23).
继续念古兰经中任何一些章节(例如第24至34页所示)。
Then
recite any other verses from the Holy Qur’an
(e.g. extracts on page 24 to 34).
念完以上各段之后，即念:
When the above has been
recited, say:
Allahu Akbar
安拉至大 Allah is the
Greatest
鞠躬
(两手捉住两膝，平背直腰，眼看两脚面)
Bow down with palms of
your hands touching your knees, look at the top
of your feet, and your back should be leveled.

Subhana rabbi-yal azeem.

诚赞养我的主，伟大超绝！(三次)
Glory to my Lord the Great.

鞠躬后，立身时念:
After
bowing, say when you resume to the standing
posture:
Sami Alla huliman hami-dah.
主啊！接纳赞者的赞颂罢！
Allah has heard all who praise Him.
立定时
(两眼平视)
接念：
Say after standing straight:
Rabba-na lakal hamdu.
养育我们的主呀！我们赞颂祢！
Our Lord! Praise be to You!

Then say:
Allahu Akbar
安拉至大 Allah

跪下来叩头
(脚趾、膝头、双手、鼻尖、前额皆贴地)。
Prostrate yourself on the
ground with all your toes, both knees, both
palms, nose and forehead touching the ground.
叩头时念：
Say
when prostrating:
Subhana rabbi-yal a-la.
(3 times)
诚赞养育我的主清高超绝！(三次)
Glory to my Lord, the most
High. (3 times)
叩完第一次头后，随即念：
Having completed the first
prostration, say：
Allahu Akbar
安拉至大
Allah is the
Greatest,
坐下。坐时，铺平左脚作垫坐，立起右脚掌五趾贴地(女子斜坐，左条脚放在右条脚上，脚趾皆贴地)，双手平放腿上，眼看大腿。
Sit up on the left foot, with
the toes of the right foot touching the ground
(for women, sit with left foot on right foot &
toes touching the ground), with two hands on the
thighs and look at the thighs.
随即念：
Then say:
Allahu Akbar
安拉至大 Allah
is the Greatest
叩第二次头，如同第一次头，念：
Then make a second prostration and repeat the
same words in the same manner as the first,
i.e.,.
Subhana rabbi-yal a-la.
(3 times)
诚赞养育我的主清高超绝！(三次)
Glory to my Lord, the most
High. (3 times)
第一拜完成，随即念:
One rakaat is completed.
Then,
say:
Allahu
Akbar
安拉至大
Allah is the Greatest
起立做第二拜如第一拜做法。
Stand up for the second rakaat which is
performed in the same manner as the first.
如果所作的是两拜，在第二拜两次叩头后跪坐，双手放腿上，铺平左脚作垫坐，立起右脚，伴在右臀边(女子斜坐，左条脚放在右条脚上，脚趾皆贴地)，双手平放腿上，眼看大腿。
If the prayer consists of two rakaats, in the
second rakaat after the
second prostration,
sit again with both hands on the thighs, seated
on the left foot, with the toes of the right
foot touching the ground
(for women, sit with left
foot on right foot & toes touching the ground),
and look at the thighs.
念「诚赞词」和「作证言」如下：
Say
“Tashahud” and “Kalima-shahadah”
while sitting:
Atta-hiyyatu lillahi was
swala wa tu wat-tayyibatu
一切赞念、礼拜、施舍之功都是为主而作！
All
prayers and worship through words,
action,
and sanctity to
You.
assalamu
alaika, ayyu hun-nabeeyu wa rahma-tullahi
噢！穆圣啊！求主赐给你安宁、慈惠、
Peace be on you, Oh Prophet, and the mercy of
Allah
wa
baraka tuhu assalamu alaina, wa ala iba-dillaa
his-waliheen
吉庆！求主赐我们平安，亦赐予清廉的忠贞仆人。
and His blessings. Peace be on us and on those
who are righteous servants of Allah.
Ashhadu anla ilaha il
lallahu wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan
abd-duhu wa rasuuluhu.
(提起右手食指，念:)我作证，无一是主，唯有安拉，又作证，穆罕默德是主忠仆，是主差使。
(Raise the forefinger of your right hand, say :)
I bear witness that there is no god but Allah. I
bear witness that Muhammad
is His servant and His messenger.
如果，所作的是三拜或四拜，在念完以上经文之后，再起立继续念：
In a three or four rakaat
prayer, after the above recitation, stand up
again to continue to say：
Allahu
Akbar
安拉至大
Allah
is the Greatest
若已是最后一拜末坐，念过「诚赞词」和「作证言」后，须加念下段「祝赞词」和「都啊」：
If it is the last rakaat,
after reciting “Tashahud” and “Kalima-shahadah”,
sit still and add the following Darud and Dua：
末坐「祝赞词」和「都啊」(祈祷文)
At the last sit - Darud
and Dua
Allaahumma swalli'ala Muhammadin WA' ala a-li
Muhammad
噢！主啊！求祢慈悯穆罕默德及其家属，
O
Allah, exalt Muhammad and the family members of
Muhammad
kama swallaita'
ala Ibrahim wa' a-la a-li Ibrahim
犹如祢慈悯依布拉谦及其家属一样，
as You did exalt Ibrahim and his family members.
In-naka
hameedum Majeed
确是尊大受赞的主。
Surely You are the Praised, the Glorious.
Allaa hum ma-barik ala Muhammadin wa' ala a-li
Muhammadin
求祢赐穆罕默德及其家属吉庆，
O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family members
of Muhammad
kama baruk-ta' ala Ibrahim, wa' a-la a-li
Ibrahim
犹如祢赐吉庆与依布拉谦及其家属一样，
as You did bless Ibrahim and his family members.
In-naka
hameedum Majeed
祢确是尊大受赞的主。
Surely You are the Praised, the Glorious.
Allaahumma magh fir-li wa liwali dayya wali osta
dhina
主啊！求祢恕赦我，和我的父母、师长，
O Allah, forgive me and my parents, my teachers,
wa
li jami-el mo’minina wal mo’-minati,
恕赦一切有信德的男女
and all the believing men and women
wal
muslimina wal muslimati,
穆斯林的男女
and Muslim men and women,
al
ah ya yi, minhum wal umwati
他们中活着的与已死的。
the alive and the dead.
bi-rahmatika
ya ar-ha-mar ra-hi meen.
全凭借祢的慈悯，慈悯中最善于慈悯的主啊！
with Your mercy, O Most Merciful Lord.
在念完以上的各段经文之后，完礼时向两旁，先右后左念「祝安词」，头转向右边，眼即随看右肩头，又把头转向左边，眼即随看左肩头，每边都要念「祝安词」，如下：
Having read all the paragraphs as above, say
“Taslim”
to the right by turning your head to your right
looking at the right shoulder then turn your
head to your left and looking at the left
shoulder, repeat the below sentence：

Assalamu ‘alaikum
wa rahmatul-laah.
主赐你们平安，并慈爱你们。
Peace be with you and Allah’s blessings.
至此，全拜完成。
The prayer is completed.
如果是「伟特利」的第三拜，
在念天经之后、鞠躬之前加抬手念「Allahu
Akbar」(安拉至大)，并念顺主祈祷文
-「古努特」如下文：
In the third rakaat of “Witr”
before bowing down, raise up both hands and say
“Allahu Akbar” (Allah is the Greatest), then say
this “Qunuut” (Obedience Prayer)：

Allaahumma inna nasta 'ienuka wa nastaghfiruka
wa nu’minu bika
主呀！我们求祢援助，求祢恕饶，我们归信祢，
O Allah! We seek Your help,
and ask Your forgiveness and believe in You,
wa nata wakkalu ‘alaika wa nuthni'alaikal khaira
我们托赖祢，我们赞祢尽善尽美，
and
trust in You, we praise You in the best manner,
wa nashkuruka wa la nak-furuka wa nakh-la’u
我们感谢祢，我们不昧祢的恩典，
And
we thank You and we are not ungrateful
wa nat-ruku may-yaf
juruk;
我们疏远那些违悖祢的人。
and we cast off and forsake him who disobeys
You;
Allaahumma iyyaka na’budu walaka nusalli
主呀！我们祗崇拜祢，我们祗向祢作礼拜功，
O
Allah! You alone do we worship, and onto You we
pray,
wa nasjudu wa ilaika nas'a wa nah-fidu
祗向祢叩头，我们祗向祢效劳，服务，
And
before You do we prostrate, and You we hasten to
worship and to serve,
narjoo rahmatika wa nakh sha ‘azabaka
我们希望祢的慈悯，骇怕祢的惩罚，
we
hope for Your mercy, and we fear Your
punishment.
inna azabaka bil-kuffari mulheq.
的确，祢的惩罚祇施给悖逆的人。
Your punishment surely overtakes the
unbelievers.
